Loeffler Bronze Ship Bells

All bells are cast from silicon bronze and produce a rich, loud sound. They come with a polished finish and are supplied complete with a clapper, bolt, nut and washer. Brackets are optionally available when required. Military bells are made to MIL-B-674C and have the letters U.S. cast on them. Commercial bells can be engraved to meet your requirements. All Loeffler bells are USCG accepted.

Gongs

Brass trip gongs have a distinct tone and are furnished to meet your USCG requirements for aft signaling devices. Cylindrical gongs are made to Navsea DWG. No. S2408-021899.

 Loeffler Deck Drains

Loeffler Deck Drains are made to or modified from Buships DWG. No. 810-1385789. All drain types (A, B, C, etc.) can be made in aluminum, bronze, Cu-Ni 70-30, monel 30-70, or stainless steel. All bronze deck drains have a carbon steel welding sleeve cast on them. Stainless steel welding sleeves are available as an option. Standard sil-braze outlets can be modified to meet your requirements. Wrenches for deck drains having valves are available and should be ordered separately. Spare parts are available for all Loeffler deck drains.

Loeffler Angle & Globe Hose Valves

1 1/2 inch valves have union bonnets. 2 1/2 inch valves have bolted bonnets (OSY). All valves feature soft composition seat disc, brass handwheel and come complete with hose cap and chain. 250 lb. Navy flanged hose valves have a monel rising stem. 150 lb. and 300 lb. flanged hose valves have a brass stem and trim. All valves can be ordered with full monel trip, all flanges are faced and drilled. Hose outlet threads can be modified to meet your requirements. All valves are 100% hydrostatically tested before shipment.
